Many customers like to know about the company and people behind the products they buy. Here we will tell you a little about ourselves and our company.

Our Business Philosophy

The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our customers. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and using our products as much as we enjoyed providing them for you.

Our sites are just that, ours. We are the responsible ones for everything on our stores or auctions and we accept that responsibility seriously. We love having fun, but not at our clients' expense.

Our Employees

Employees play an important role in any business. Here is where we get a chance to tell you a little about ourselves. I'd love to say we employ a lot of folks, but it wouldn't be true, LOL. But it is true that both Rob & I wear a lot of hats during the course of a day, and sometimes night!

I am Suzy, web site builder, advertising director, CEO, and chairman of our board, photographer and bathroom cleaner. Rob is the President of directions, warehouse accountant, shipping manager and general dogs body as well as being a miracle worker with fans, lights and light fixtures and me.

We both do the buying, though I am a bit more aggressive at some of the auctions than Rob Is; Rob is the thoughtful fella with a lot of answers, ranging from all sorts of construction to dealing with the  "honey, I broke it" wails, as well as building this computer system from scratch ( I didn't even have the thought of the itch, but it sure is nice!). Rob is a semi retired chief egineer and his field of knowledge is wide and diverse.

Basically, we do it all - the finding, the buying, the loading, the unloading and finding where to stack it this time, the sorting and cleaning, research and packing, pictures, oh my god pictures, lol, and the writing the copy for each item....It's us, Rob and I all the way down the line. No excuses, no pass the buck here.

This lets us keep a personal touch and perspective on both our business and ourselves. It also lets us maintain this as a hobby business that we are very serious about, yet have a quality of life that we enjoy with each other.

Our Company

This is where you can learn about our company and its history. We have been interested in starting our own business , so we did, and are excited to finally have reached that goal. Taking our business to the web makes the process even more exciting.

We have had a store or been on auctions through both E-bay and Ioffer.com for  about 2 years . We started strictly auctioning, and things kept growing and going and here we are.

We have some reverse goals as well. We do not want to be the internet's biggest seller. We do not want to ship 1,000 items per week. We like to have fun and enjoy our time together, not become so wrapped up that we lose what we have - a nice hobby business with a return clientele, quality items at decent prices sold with honesty and respect for our customers and ourselves.

Our Shop

Here is a picture of our shop, which is also our home. Our house was first put on the records in 1919, but was probably built prior to that. All the houses were finally recorded in 1919-20's by the city. It is solid brick on the bottom floor, all the way through to metal lath and some of the most smoothly sensous plaster work we have ever seen. Our home is unusual here, in that we have a basement and a total of 38 windows not counting the small green house area.

Often , it is hot and dry here in North Texas, but

Sometimes Mother Nature is surprising!
