Shipping and Handling
We will try to ship your order on the next business day after payment is received by us. Shiping
is usually by priority mail for in the U.S.. If you need a different shipper, contact us and we will work with you.
There is a handling charge included in the shipping amount, for professional and very careful packing.
We ship overseas often and are proud to say most of our items arrive safe and sound.
Insurance, even with excellent packing, is required on all fragile and rare items. Our policy is
if you refuse to insure it, any damage is your responsibilty. After all, insurance starts for only $1.30 for $50.00 coverage
at the post office, so it is quite reasonable.
If there are any exceptions to the above, it will be noted next to the item, i.e., "no
shipping available" or "oversize box", etc., so there are no surprises.
We offer a gift service on purchases, this includes wrapping paper, small card and ribbons
for each item selected for this service. Contact for fee per item.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ITEM IF THE
ITEMS MAY BE SAFELY PACKED TOGETHER.

Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
What this boils down to, is basically, if you are not happy with your purchase from us, simply return it, insured, in
the original box/packaging it came in, by priority mail and we will refund your purchase price. We do ask that this happen
only after contacting us and within 7 days of the item being mailed to you.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, both bank transfer and credit / debit card payments, money orders
and cashiers' checks. We do not accept personal or e-checks..
